THE CÈILIDH
SOME USEFUL INFO FOR FIRST TIMERS

LADIES:

 - Wear or bring sensible shoes for dancing = pumps not heels!

GENTS:

 - Feel free to take your jacket off - it gets hot!

ALL:

- Drink plenty of water

- The "caller" will explain each dance in advance

- Don't worry if you've never done it before, this is informal and very different to formal reeling!

- If you'd like to come prepared, two key dances to learn are the ORCADIAN STRIP THE WILLOW, and the DASHING WHITE SERGEANT. (click for video guides)
